Richard Forrest - Director

Richard has over 20 years experience in establishing and operating successful telephone sales campaigns.  Since arriving from Scotland in 1989, Richard worked his way up from telemarketer to a senior management position with an international sales & marketing company where he was responsible for a region that generated over $30m in annual revenue.  He founded FMG to provide high quality lead generation and appointment setting campaigns for businesses around Australia.
 

 

Owen Richards - Operations Manager

Owen graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in 2006.  He arrived in Australia and joined FMG in January 2008, proving to be a very effective sales person and respected member of the team.  In January 2009, Owen became Operations Manager and is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and developing each of the associates in the FMG sales team. He believes in a fun work environment & the power of hard work.

 
 

Dyan Down -  Office Manager

With over 10 years experience in customer service, Dyan brings a wide variety of skills garnered from her previous career in hospitality. Having managed several cafes and a children's play centre, she took the leap from hospitality into the corporate world when she took on the role of Office Manager with FMG in 2007. Since joining FMG, Dyan has implemented & streamlined our systems & is the person to talk to about all of your lead list & campaign set up needs.

 

 

Carol Voss - Account Manager

Carol has a degree in Architecture from the University of Technology in Sydney and has been a sole practitioner for the last 30 years.  She joined FMG as a Sales Associate in February 2009 and was promoted to the Account Manager role in September 2009.  Carol is responsible for optimising the success of our campaigns by liaising with our clients and ensuring their campaign requirements are met by our team.  Carol is the person to speak to if you have any queries or feedback about your campaign.

 
 

Amy  Jackson - Administration Assistant

Amy joined FMG in May 2008 on a part time basis.  In February 2009 she became a full time member of the team as our Admin Assistant.  Amy brings a friendly and helpful nature to her role.  She is responsible for liaising with all our clients and is the communication line between them and our associates on the phone.
