Richard Forrest – Director

Richard ForrestRichard has over 20 years experience in establishing and operating successful telephone sales campaigns. Since arriving from Scotland in 1989, Richard worked his way up from telemarketer to a senior management position with an international sales & marketing company where he was responsible for a region that generated over $30m in annual revenue. He founded FMG to provide high quality lead generation and appointment setting campaigns for businesses around Australia.

Owen Richards – Operations Manager

Owen RichardsOwen Graduated from the University of Surrey (UK) in 2006. He arrived in Australia and joined FMG as a telemarketer in January 2008 before being promoted to Operations Manager early in the following year. In the last 3 years, Owen has assembled and trained Australia’s most successful telemarketing team and in this time has successfully designed, set up and managed over 300 campaigns across a wide range of industries. Owen is responsible for ensuring that our team understands how to get the best possible results from your campaign.

Bob McCartney – Campaign Manager

Bob has over 20 years experience in sales campaigns with call centres throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific Region as well as a BSc Communications from The University of Houston, Texas. Prior to joining FMG, Bob held sales and marketing management roles in organisations ranging from major multinationals to start-ups.  Bob works closely with our current  clients to ensure we consistently meet their expectations and get great results from their campaign.

Dyan Down – Office Manager

Dyan DownWith over 10 years experience in customer service, Dyan brings a wide variety of skills garnered from her previous career in which she managed several cafes and a children’s play centre. She took on the role of Office Manager with FMG in 2007 and has implemented & streamlined many of our systems in that time. Dyan fronts our Admin team and is assisted in this department by Claudia and Carly, both of whom joined us at the end of 2010 and have been great additions to the FMG team. Amongst other things, our Admin team are responsible for sourcing all of your lead lists, sending you appointments and other campaign information and compiling your campaign reports.

Justine Wyer – Business Development Manager

Justine WyerJustine joined FMG in December 2010 and if you’re considering running a campaign with FMG, Justine is the person to speak with. She has extensive Account Management and Sales experience with several major luxury car brands as well as in media and marketing. Justine will help you to identify which type of campaign is most appropriate for your business when starting out with us and she’s the best person to explain how our campaigns can help you to drive sales of your products or services.

Tanya Caine – Sales Team Leader

Tanya CaineTanya joined FMG in February 2009 as a telemarketer and was promoted to full time Team Leader in December 2010. Tanya works directly with the telemarketers on your campaign and is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and motivating each of the associates in the FMG sales team. Tanya’s energy and work ethics rub off onto our entire team and since becoming our Team Leader, her fun approach to managing the call centre has helped increase our results.
