Starting his career in Scotland with a degree in Forensic Science and then working in the pharmaceutical industry, Richard quickly realised there was not enough fun or sun in his chosen country or career. A backpacking trip to Australia was funded through telemarketing, and Richard soon realised he was much better suited to a life of selling than science.

Working his way up from telemarketer to a senior management position with an international sales and marketing company where he was responsible for a region that generated over $30m in annual revenue, Richard quickly realised this was his calling. A results’ driven senior sales and relationships manager, with over 15 years’ experience in direct B2B sales across industries as varied as telecommunications, energy, print and financial services, Zoe was the perfect choice to head up our team of outbound sales agents.

With extensive experience in recruitment as well as training & development of direct sales teams, Zoe is an inspiring leader and confident communicator with a knack for connecting with decision makers, and helps her team to do the same.

Joining us in 2016 as an Account Manager Anna brings with her over 10 years account management experience. Anna’s priority is on building strong, collaborative, long term relationships with her clients.

Now as Group Account Director, Anna is passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals through gaining a deep understanding of their business and working with her team to provide real solutions for her clients. A natural communicator with a proactive approach, with Anna on board you are not only getting an Account Manager, but possibly a new best friend! With a love of meeting new people and having a laugh, Claire is charismatic and energetic, the ideal personality for an Account Manager – who knows you may also find a new friend! When not at work you will find Claire at the beach, heading out with friends trying a new restaurant or bar or road tripping or camping with friends. Sally joined FMG in 2015 as our first Marketing Manager. Although no one starts their marketing career dreaming of becoming a B2B Marketer, Sally loves it and has found her niche. After completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Management and with a career spanning industries as broad as accounting software, board games and toys, plumbing supplies and photocopiers Sally has now found her home here at FMG.

Carly started with FMG as an Admin Assistant back in the days when we had a manual paper based system and databases were updated daily in excel. Her OCD tendencies and attention to detail identified her as the perfect solution for bringing our accounts in-house. Carly now manages all our accounting and compliance functions. After completing her Diploma of Accounting last year (and because she was not already busy enough), Carly has now almost finished her Bachelor of Business this year – building on her already impressive business and accounting skills.
