Barbara

Barbara joined FMG in March 2013 and has a Graduate Certificate in Communication Management as well as being a qualified Adult Education Teacher. Previously, Barbara has worked for many years in a variety of roles in the training and development field, including teaching international students. She has also worked in the Aged care Industry. Barbara brings a massive energy to the office and her positivity has helped her succeed on campaigns in industries such as finance, training and business services, superannuation and retail marketing (point of sale). Barbara loves a challenging campaign.

Geoff

Geoff has worked at FMG since 2010 and has an MBA. He ran his own personal development business which became one of the largest and most successful in Australia. Geoff has also worked as a Finance Manager and a Marketing Manager. Geoff has worked on campaigns in telecommunications, business coaching, accountancy and financial services, HR and training.

Helen

Helen is a former business owner, having owned a company in the IT, Computer and Consumables Industry for 4 years. Prior to this, she was an Account Manager and Senior Sales Representative for 8 years, completing her certificate of marketing in that time too. Helen has an in depth understanding of small businesses which helps her to build rapport with small business owners. Helen Joined FMG in late 2012.

James

James started at FMG in 2013. James spent 6 years working for one of the major banks as a department Manager, an analyst and a trainer/facilitator and this experience enables him to relate to the prospects he speaks to on our finance related campaigns. He has a diverse understanding of business so is very successful in other fields too, such as logistics, IT and business services.

John

John has over 12 years of experience at a senior level in Commercial Business Development with corporate, agency and digital clients. Having a thorough background in content and web development, client liaison & project management has assisted John in communicating at many levels of management. John joined FMG in 2013 and excels at IT and online marketing campaigns as well as campaigns targeting C-Suite execs.

Michael

Michael Joined FMG in 2006, just 6 months after the company was founded. Previously, Michael was the Managing Director of a software company for 18 years providing service and support for computer based point of sale systems. At FMG, Michael has worked on many of our toughest campaigns including financial management software, inventory control and sales solutions and IT services.

Michelle

Michelle joined FMG in 2012 having previously worked in publishing. She also has extensive experience in commercial photography and computer graphics. Michelle works on a diverse set of campaigns for our clients in industries including logistics, business coaching, legal services and software solutions and Michelle’s strengths are in getting through the gatekeeper and engaging senior decision makers.

Myra

Myra joined FMG in 2010. In her previous roles, she worked in administration, accounts and sales. As a sales executive she generated her own appointments through cold calling so she understands what it’s like to be out on the road selling. Myra has worked on a myriad of campaigns in a broad range of industries and has the ability to transfer her success from campaign to campaign. She has proven results in freight and logistics, legal services, manufacturing, training and business services.

Ray

Ray has been with FMG since 2009. Previously he was the Financial Controller of an International Advertising company and worked within sales and marketing while based in London. Ray has worked on campaigns such as insurance services and superannuation, IT and marketing services.
