ActewAGL is an Australian company providing utility services in the ACT and south-east NSW.

FMG has completed multiple lead generation campaigns for ActewAGL. With our sales agents generating face to face appointments for ActewAGL’s sales team.


The Requirement

FMG designed an appointment setting campaign speaking with business owners of small to medium-sized businesses. We firstly introduced ActewAGL and their electricity and gas offerings. Our sales agents then encouraged review their current supplier and consider ActewAGL’s for their electricity and gas.

Additionally, details on the prospects current provider and quarterly bills were collected. Lastly face to face appointments were made for ActewAGL’s sales representatives to meet with the prospects to close the sale.


The Results

FMG has completed over 540 hours of calls. During this time we generated 480 face to face appointments for ActewAGL’s sales team. This campaign has been an important part of ActewAGL’s growth strategy in the SME space. It has generated over $500K in additional revenue.
