FMG has conducted multiple lead generation campaigns to generate face to face appointments for ActewAGL’s sales representatives.
The campaign was designed to speak with the business owners of small to medium sized businesses encouraging them to switch from their current supplier to ActewAGL’s electricity and gas. Introductions to ActewAGL were made over the phone and details on the prospects current provider and quarterly bills collected. Face to face appointments were then made for ActewAGL’s sales representatives to meet with the prospects and close the sale.
Over 540 hours of calls have been completed generating 480 face to face appointments. This campaign has been an important part of ActewAGL’s growth strategy in the SME space and has generated over $500K in additional revenue.
