The focus of this campaign was to speak with SME businessowners to set face to face appointments for Elders Insurance’s individual franchised Agents. In order for us to generate a face to face appointment, we had to find businesses with an insurance policy due for renewal within the next 4 months.
FMG have now worked with Elders for a number of years and continue to do so. So far over 4,700 hours of calls have been completed, presenting Elders to tens of thousands small business owners located in regional and rural areas across Australia.
So far over 2,400 face to face appointments have been booked, as well as phone appointments and ‘Stay in touches’ recorded for future contact with those with policies renewing at a later date. The sales opportunities uncovered have a potential of more than $2 million per year in premiums.
Of the business owners spoken to 19% agreed to further contact from Elders Insurance with around 6% to agreeing to a face to face appointment with their local Elders Insurance Agent straight away. Overall 62% of business owners were interested in learning more about Elders Insurance. This high level of interest generated is testament to the campaign strategy developed in conjunction with Elders Insurance.
