Elders Insurance approached FMG wanting to speak with SME business owners and set face to face appointments for their franchised Agents. To generate a face to face appointment, our agents had to find businesses with an insurance policy due for renewal within 4 months.
Due to the initial success, FMG have worked with Elders for a number of years. So far over 4,700 hours of calls have been completed. Our agents have presented Elders to tens of thousands of small business owners in regional and rural areas across Australia.
Most importantly over 2,400 face to face appointments have been booked. On top of this phone appointments were also set. Additionally ‘Stay in touches’ were recorded for future contact with those businesses whose policies were renewing at a later date. The sales opportunities uncovered have the potential to generate more than $2 million per year in premiums.
Of the business owners spoken to 20% agreed to further contact from Elders Insurance. Furthermore 6% agreed immediately to a face to face appointment with their local Elders Insurance Agent. Overall 62% of business owners were interested in learning more about Elders Insurance. This high level of interest generated is testament to the campaign strategy developed.
