Company Overview and requirements:

Educator Impact provide a 360 degree all-in-one feedback platform for schools. The platform helps teachers, leaders and support staff develop their skills and improve their effectiveness as educators. Educator Impact’s programme incorporates alignment, 360 degree feedback, evidence-based goals, recorded learnings and measured progress all delivered through an online platform.

Educator Impact were looking for a partner to contact schools for them and to book appointments for their sales team with the relevant school decision-makers, who included principals, deputy principals, school business managers and other key stakeholders, so that they could secure additional new business.

Our Appointment Setting Solution

In conjunction with Educator Impact, Forrest Contact developed a strategy to target schools that were most likely to require Educator Impact’s platform and whose size would make them profitable clients. We trained a team of 6 agents who called schools throughout the academic year to uncover sales opportunities for them. Learnings were fedback from these calls in order to improve the campaign performance and results on an ongoing basis.
Educator Impact invested time to review calls with our Account Management team and to provide additional training to our agents. This ensured that our team were well equipped to handle their calls in the most effective way and that our approach resonated with the market and decision makers they were calling.

Appointment Setting Campaign Results

In 2,154 hours of calling, our agents developed a significant pipeline of sales opportunities for Educator Impact. 10% of all conversations converted to an appointment for the sales team to meet with. Additional future opportunities, comprised of schools who are interested in Educator Impact’s services but who are not yet ready to meet, are now being nurtured and followed up.
