Recall provides document management, data protection and document destruction solutions worldwide. In 2016 Iron Mountain Incorporated, the global leader in storage and information management services, processed an acquisition of Recall Holdings Limited.

 

The Requirement

Forrest Contact were approached to conduct a ‘request for proposal’ lead generation campaign for Recall. The campaign focus was to contact IT Managers in businesses with 10 or more staff. Our agents were tasked with gaining an understanding of the businesses current data backup procedures. Then to establish if they were contracted to another supplier. Finally, they needed to find out how happy they were with their current arrangement. Once the prospect was qualified, our agents gained permission for a Recall salesperson to send them a proposal. Proposals were sent to qualified decision-makers and were followed up by Recall’s sales team.

 

The Results

Forrest Contact has partnered with Recall for several years and completed 1,900 hours of calls. During this time Forrest Contact uncovered a new qualified lead every 30 – 45 minutes. They presented the Recall business to over 3,700 new prospects.
