FMG were approached to conduct a ‘request for proposal’ lead generation campaign for Recall. The campaign focus was to contact IT Managers in businesses with 10 or more staff. Our agents were tasked with gaining an understanding of the businesses current data backup procedures, establish if they were contracted to another supplier, and how happy they were with their current arrangement. Once the prospect was qualified our agents needed to seek permission for a Recall salesperson to send them a proposal. Proposals were sent to qualified decision makers and were followed up by Recall’s sales team.


Partnering with Recall for over 2 years and completing 1,900 hours of calls, FMG uncovered a new qualified lead every 30 – 45 minutes, presenting the Recall business to over 2,700 new prospects.
