We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Customer Service | Call Centre Agent

Immediate start – working 25 to 37.5 hours per week

We have 2 positions available now within our Inbound Customer Service team based in Manly Vale.

Speaking with customers over the phone, it is crucial your attention to detail shines as you will be processing sensitive financial information.

Office hours are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a variety of shifts available across the week.

Skills & experience

  • Excellent communication skills and clear, friendly phone manner
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone and have engaging conversations
  • Demonstrated ability to work without immediate supervision and as part of small diverse team
  • Previous experience in customer service within a financial institution highly regarded
  • Intermediate computer skills with a accurate data entry and transaction processing skills

Customer Service | Processing Agent

Immediate start – working a minimum of 20 hours per week

Casual posisition processing financial applications on behalf of a leading financial institution. Must be available 20 hours a week with the potential to work additional hours. This position is availble with an immediate start and expected to be reuqired until the end of the year with the potential to extend into 2021.

Would you enjoy working as a member of a small, dynamic customer service team working on behalf of leading financial services provider? Do you have accurate computer processing skills and a willingness to develop those skills? Are you punctual, a team player and willing to go the extra mile?

Office hours are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Inside Sales | Business Development Agent

As our Inside Sales Agent, you will represent and promote our clients to their prospects and customers by building rapport, developing relationships and generating sales leads. In this role, you will be contacting businesses and securing sales leads by following our solution selling process. By understanding prospects’ pain points, we can determine if and how a change in a product or service could bring specific improvements that would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Contact business prospects
  • Understand prospects’ current situation and pain points or problems
  • Present our clients’ products and services which could solve their problems or deliver improvements
  • Build brand awareness for our clients
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with our clients’ prospects and customers
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Qualify sales or marketing leads
  • Secure meetings with qualified prospects for our clients
  • Nurture sales leads for future opportunities

Essential skills & experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and have engaging conversations
  • Commercial and customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management or sales
  • Intermediate computer skills and competent using Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Experience using a CRM program
  • Proven success in a B2B phone-based sales position

Junior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our high performing team to develop strong relationships with our clients and ensure their campaigns deliver results.

This phone-based role requires a high level of administration, organisation and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with the management team and call centre agents to ensure our campaigns achieve targets and our clients are happy.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Account Managers with client service delivery and campaign execution
  • Have a thorough understanding of our clients’ business needs and campaign objectives
  • Help with on-boarding new clients and setting up campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with our clients
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure they understand the campaign and have all the information and knowledge required to achieve the best results
  • Monitor campaign performance and report back to management
  • Implement operational changes requested by clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance

About you

  • Experience working in a sales, account management or customer service role
  • Highly organised with exceptional administration and communication skills
  • Able to build rapport easily over the phone and face to face
  • Strong, confident and outgoing personality
  • Good presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
