In an over-serviced industry, Genesis were struggling to get leads through their traditional approaches. These being their websites and direct mail. As an alternative they decided to go direct with the phone. After initially attempting this themselves, Andrew Mansfield – Director Clients Services quickly realised they did not have the skills or the time in house.  So he approached FMG and have not looked back.
