Renee has worked across all areas of contact centre management over the past 20 plus years. Her experience includes many of Australia’s leading outsourcers where she has worked on thousands of complex and demanding campaigns. Having also worked on the client side she understands firsthand what FMG’s clients require.
In her role Renee is responsible for the overall running of the business, managing both our sales and operations capabilities and making sure that we deliver great results to our clients.

Fiona has over 20 years’ experience within Business Development, Sales and Account Management roles across a diverse range of industries including Recruitment, Business Coaching and Residential Construction.
A born storyteller with a cheeky sense of humour, Fiona is highly adept at building trusting relationships and identifying the challenges and goals of small to medium business’s in their day-to-day operations and broader business objectives. John has worked in high performing sales, lead generation and administration teams for over 25 years. He brings with him extensive sales, training and leadership experience across many industries and companies.
John started with FMG in 2016 within the outbound Lead Generation Team, and now manages the Inbound Customer Service Team providing customer service overflow for our clients.
John focuses on improving communications with our clients so they can focus on their company growth and confidently leave the business of customer service to FMG.

Brandon has extensive experience leading and managing multi-channel contact centers for industry leaders such as; Salmat, Salesforce and The probe Group. Specialising in sales, lead generation and customer service.
Brandon believes in a holistic approach to ensuring client/customer outcomes, encompassing; technology, detailed analytics and reporting, in-depth training and most importantly a positive working environment.

Owen was FMG’s Operations Manager for eight years. Over this time Owen designed over 1,500 telemarketing and lead generation campaigns.
Owen returned to the UK to launch our sister company, Air Marketing Group in February 2016. The new office gives FMG the ability to provide telemarketing and call centre services to our international clients.
