Our History

July 2006

Forrest Marketing Group was launched in 2006. Founder, Richard Forrest, identified the need for a high-quality outsourced telemarketing service to help small businesses, without their own internal sales team, generate sales leads. With the successful results FMG was able to generate, larger businesses came to FMG seeking a wider range of call centre services to support their sales teams and strengthen their marketing initiatives. Now working with all sizes of businesses and across all industries, FMG continues to deliver successful sales and customer service campaigns throughout Australia.


Easy Leads was launched in 2006. As Forrest Marketing Group evolved to deliver full service outsourced call centre and customer service solutions, Founder Richard Forrest launched Easy Leads to deliver the simple and cost-effective solutions originally offered back in 2003. Easy Leads provides the same high-quality conversations and skilled agents with affordable solutions for businesses that don’t need a full-service option but want to keep their telemarketing and customer service based in Australia. Easy Leads also extends the group’s offering to include B2C customer service and telesales campaigns.


Air Marketing Group, is founded in the UK allowing the group to offer a global solution to our clients.


With three companies across the globe, all delivering quality telemarketing and lead generation campaigns, the group currently employs almost 100 staff worldwide.
