Our Journey

JULY 2006

Forrest Marketing Group was launched in 2006. Founder, Richard Forrest, identified the need for a high-quality outsourced telemarketing service to help small businesses, without their own internal sales team, generate sales leads. With the successful results Forrest Marketing Group was able to generate, larger businesses came to Forrest Marketing Group seeking a wider range of call centre services to support their sales teams and strengthen their marketing initiatives. Now working with all sizes of businesses and across all industries, Forrest Marketing Group continues to deliver successful outsourced sales, telemarketing and customer service campaigns throughout Australia.

2013

Easy Leads was launched in 2006. As Forrest Marketing Group evolved to deliver full service outsourced call centre and customer service solutions, Founder Richard Forrest launched Easy Leads to deliver streamlined and cost-effective solutions perfect for simple or high volume campaigns. Easy Leads provides the same high-quality conversations and skilled agents under an affordable structure for businesses that don’t require a full-service option but want to keep their telemarketing and customer service based in Australia. Easy Leads also extends the group’s offering to include B2C customer service and telesales campaigns.

2016

Air Marketing Group is founded in the UK in 2016. The UK expansion allows the group to provide a global solution to our clients. Founders, Richard Forrest and Owen Richards, took the proven processes from Forrest Marketing Group to the UK to help businesses around the world achieve their sales and marketing goals. Air provides B2B business development, appointment setting and telemarketing services.

2017

The Forrest Marketing Group now has three companies across the globe, delivering the full range of outsourced call centre services including telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting and customer service solutions.
