Forrest Marketing Group was launched in 2006. Richard Forrest identified the need for a high-quality outsourced call centre and telemarketing services. FMG’s aim was to help small businesses (without an internal sales team) to generate sales leads. Due to our success, larger businesses began approaching FMG. These businesses sought a wider range of call centre and telemarketing services to support their sales and marketing teams. Consequently FMG now works with businesses of all sizes across most industries. FMG continues to deliver successful outsourced sales, inbound customer service and telemarketing services throughout Australia.
Easy Leads launched in 2013. Since 2006 FMG had evolved to a full service outsourced call centre. As a result, FMG identified a new opportunity to deliver simplified and cost-effective call centre services. Easy Leads provided the ideal solution for simple or high volume campaigns under an affordable structure. Easy Leads is perfect for campaigns that don’t require full campaign management but still want high-quality Australian call centre agents. Easy Leads also runs B2C customer service and telesales campaigns, giving us the ability to offer a broader range of services.
Air Marketing Group was founded in the UK in 2016. The expansion into the UK allows the group to provide a global solution to our clients. Founders, Richard Forrest and Owen Richards, took the proven processes from FMG and set up Air Marketing in the UK. The Group can now help businesses around the world achieve their global sales and marketing goals. Similar to FMG, Air Marketing provides B2B business development, appointment setting and telemarketing services.
